At Monkey Puzzle day nursery we strongly believe that a healthy, balanced diet is essential for growth and development in under 5’s. This prompted us to consult with a paediatric nutritionist, a specialised food blogger and a paediatrician to formulate a menu that will help give your child the best start in life.
Introducing our new Autumn/Winter 16 menu in collaboration with:
Alyson Carter – Nutritionist www.nut4life.com

We will be working with Caroline to include seasonal produce into our menu.
Caroline says “For the Monkey Puzzle Stoke Newington autumn/ winter menu, I have suggested and incorporated lots of root vegetables and squashes which are high in fibre and Vitamin C, as well as brassicas and dark leafy greens to get plenty of Vitamins A and K into their diet”

Melody has assisted with the menu at Monkey Puzzle Stoke Newington to ensure that it meets the nutritional requirements and adheres to latest medical guidance.
