Neariah
Position:
Baby Room Leader
About Me:
I have always lived in Hackney, London, and I really value the area’s diversity and strong sense of community. There’s something special about being surrounded by people from different cultures and backgrounds — it keeps life interesting and has helped shape who I am. I enjoy meeting new people, learning about their experiences, and building meaningful connections.
In my free time, I’m actively involved in sports. I play in a netball team and also volunteer as an assistant coach for a women’s football team. These roles have taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and perseverance. They’ve also helped me develop leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility, which I carry through to my work with children.
I love working with children because they bring such a unique perspective to the world. Their natural curiosity, creativity, and energy are a joy to be around. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and make sense of the world in their own way. Children have a refreshing honesty and optimism that reminds me to stay present and open-minded. Being part of their journey and knowing that I can help guide, support, and inspire them is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
